Clear calendar view for participants

Highlights from the August update:

• Design Manager Calendar Widget
  With the calendar widget, the offers can be displayed in the practical day/week or
  month view. When booking with
  Rollover, your participants can immediately see which modules/dates belong together if there are several in
  one offer.
• Optimization of the countdown and MustPay functions
  Unpaid bookings or bookings that have expired due to the countdown
  are shown on the waiting list with the corresponding status.
• New display of started bookings per offer
• You can now extend offer names with additional special characters (&£$€§∞©®|#).
• Reseller program: Recommend edoobox and receive a bonus
• In addition to the listing of invoice items, the first and last names
  of participants can now also be added to the invoice using the placeholder ##InvoiceListingUser##
