Updates

  • The waiting list and booking dashboard have been optimized; filters now only show active bookings and accepted request list bookings.
  • Global payment data entry has been revised; Worldline/Saferpay can now only be activated with a complete data set.
  • Appointments can now be entered with separate fields for start and end times; new appointments have a default duration of one hour system-wide.
  • AI translations now display a clear beta notice.
  • Email settings have been restructured and grouped more clearly; system templates have been organized by topic.
  • Table functions and filter logic have been further improved.
  • Magic Login has been added as a new option in the widget; logging in to Design Manager automatically sets the appropriate default configurations.
  • The "All Bookings" widget has been updated to Bootstrap 5.
  • Subscriptions with blocked status now display their own lock screen, including a reactivation option.
  • Group and collective bookings without participant data have been activated system-wide.

New features

  • Certificate management expanded: Certificates can be generated and downloaded as a collective PDF for multiple participants.
  • Additional texts are available for sub-offers and appear correctly on certificates.
  • Magic User Login enables a simplified login flow via email code and prevents duplicates.

Bug fixes

  • Additional services: The price field is correctly reloaded when switching between different services.
  • Validation ensures that the registration deadline is after the visibility date.
  • Tables in attendance lists can be removed without editing the source code.
  • Time entries for lessons are working reliably again, including text entries.
  • Recurring email tasks are only offered if such tasks are active in the offer.
