Updates in the edoobox online booking system

Additional questions are now also visible in the booking dashboard for canceled bookings. Inactive questions are marked accordingly.
The recipient selection for mail dispatch has been optimized.
The introductory tour has been revised and no longer crashes at certain steps. It does not start on mobile devices.
The UI of the registration page now scrolls completely on mobile devices instead of using a fixed content area.
The sorting of your own mail templates remains stable and system templates are assigned correctly.
With automatic invoice creation, the use of an empty but activated alternative organization invoice address is prevented.
When creating an admin waiting list booking, it is clearly displayed if this is not possible with a free choice of dates.
The number of participants in a booking is shown as a separate column in the request list.
