Updates in the edoobox online booking system

• Offer dashboard shows consistent number of appointments, collective participants and supplements status display in the settings area as well
• Additional questions for canceled bookings remain visible in the dashboard, inactive questions are marked as such
• Export of the participant list now takes into account the language of the currently logged in admin
• Various optimizations have been made to the text editor
• Transactions show the corresponding offer number
• Reverse charge text adapted to B2B invoices ("§13b UStG")
