The display of participants and appointment statuses has been improved in the mobile view of the attendance list. Feedback for the "all appointments" selection has also been optimized.
Export data formats have been standardized: Dates in exports (invoices and customer tables) now follow the "DD.MM.YYYY" format.
Adjustments in the area of VAT reverse charge: B2B invoices no longer display a VAT column; instead, the standard note "Tax liability of the recipient of the service (B2B)" is used. The note text can be edited by administrators for each language.
Promotional code texts in V2 are currently truncated after 10 characters, whereas in V1 up to 15 characters are possible. The limit will remain at 10 characters for the time being.
Optimization of table titles: Padding and margins have been reduced to create more space.
The certificate button in the booking dashboard is now only displayed if a certificate is actually available. Certificates are not displayed if the conditions are not met (e.g., no participation). Invalid certificates lead to an error page.
Certificate logic expanded: Certificates are also available with 0% minimum attendance. Certificate views now offer almost all detail widgets as well as the option of a LinkedIn certificate link.
New features
New warnings in the mail system: Users are warned when the mail limit is reached or an error rate is exceeded. A warning also appears when no-reply emails can no longer be sent.
New upload field for avatar/trainer photo for use in emails, certificates, and documents.
Admins can remove uploaded signatures and avatars/trainer photos.
Status change for inquiry list bookings: Confirmations in the quote or booking dashboard now automatically set the status to "confirmed."
Bug fixes
Publications above the subscription limit are now correctly blocked from the "Approved" status.
Status changes for offers are possible even if the subscription limit has been reached, provided that the change is only between active statuses or from active to inactive. A change from inactive to active remains blocked.
Subscription downgrades in V2 are possible again if all conditions are met. In addition, a note has been added to the subscription selection window when a downgrade is blocked.
Sales overview now displays correct values again; the "NaN" error has been fixed.
Birth dates in the customer overview, detailed view, and exports are now displayed consistently and correctly.
An error in the space check when adding people to waiting lists has been corrected.
In the location export, the "Name" and "Location" columns are correctly assigned again.
