Updates

• Global calendar: Filter logic has been fundamentally revised to improve performance and simplify operation.
• Offer calendar: Drag-and-drop of module templates is more stable and remains visible during movement.
• Offer tree: Offers can be reliably reordered using drag-and-drop, even in complex structures.
• Bulk registration: Participant forms can be used without the mandatory email field; date entries have been stabilized.
• File management: Maximum file size for course documents increased to 20 MB, access rights clarified.
• Invoice settings: Recipient details for SEPA invoices have been standardized.

• Central tag management: Tags can be created, edited, and deleted system-wide, including usage notes when removing them.
• Notifications for locations: Individual notification rules can be created and managed for each location.
• QR invoices: Support for QR invoice types SCOR and QRR with configurable reference structure.
• Mobile app: A new app enables mobile attendance recording on smartphones and tablets.
• Document protection: Course materials can be provided with download tracking, QR codes, watermarks, and access information.
• Legal texts: Legal texts can be managed globally, versioned, and displayed in a targeted manner in the design.
• Single sign-on: Login via SAML is now also possible with Google Workspace for Business and Education.

Bug fixes

• Fixed app freezing when opening certain appointments.
• Locations and rooms are displayed correctly in appointment masks, without technical placeholders.
• Calendar exports (ICS) no longer include seconds to avoid time differences.
• Waiting list emails are once again using the correct templates.
