The new layout cannot be compared with the previous one. With the modern and high-performance interface, it is even more user-friendly and intuitive. The creative and colorful icons give the edoobox V2 a modern look and feel, which is rounded off by the new typeface.

‍Simpleand user-friendly navigation

With the edoobox V2's clear navigation, you can easily switch between the various tabs and registers, allowing you to reach your destination with just a few clicks. The shortcuts can be opened from all areas, for example by clicking on a customer in the offer list or the offer itself.

Simplified and more efficient input 

Whether you are filling out forms or entering a quote, the automatic validation of edoobox V2 supports you. The drag and drop functions or the clever link-click dropdowns also allow you to work practically and efficiently. Also new are the added keyboard shortcuts to create a shortcode (CTRL+N) or to undo it (CTRL+Z).

Extended and multi-client capable authorization levels 

As before, you can store several admins per account. This has been supplemented with the option of using several accounts with the same login. In addition, edoobox V2 now offers you five authorization levels, which allow you to create individual authorization levels with read/write and delete rights.

Responsive and cross-platform 

The edoobox V2 is output responsively regardless of platform and output device. Accessibility is also guaranteed thanks to the improved user-friendliness and consideration of accessibility standards. The intuitive presence lists can now be guided by mobile scanning.

Extended multilingualism and modern editor 

Thanks to the WYSIWYG editor, multilingual texts and content in the edoobox V2 are no longer a problem. The real-time display of the modern editor saves you additional clicks.

Simplified accounting 

The existing payment systems are also available in the edoobox V2. Stripe, Saferpay, Sofortüberweisung, PayPal, Authorize, bitpay and Wirecard. The normal invoice has also been adopted, which the participant can pay as usual by bank transfer. A new feature is simplified accounting, which should take even more work off your hands.

Personalized views and export 

The DesignManager still offers you the possibility to customize the edoobox V2 to your design. Due to the great demand from customers, the personalized exports and the table view with its own sorting and filtering are now available. Appointment management via list, table and calendar view will also simplify your work in the edoobox V2.

Analyses and comprehensive statistics are also available for all other categories in addition to the offers. Thanks to the shortcuts to individual functions, nothing stands in the way of you being able to use the edoobox V2 more quickly.

Super-fast and secure infrastructure  

The switch to Google Cloud Switzerland, which meets the highest security standards and is GDPR-compliant, guarantees reliable and secure processing of your data. The Single Page Application (SPA) completely separates the visualization of the backend from the API. This means that only the data you need at that moment is loaded. The API keys have also been revised. You can now define the authorization per resource in the edoobox V2 for each API key. By using the Vue.js framework, the data that is adapted or changed is transferred immediately. This reactivity means that there is no need to refresh the page, as you can see all changes immediately.
