Release March 2024 - Editor enhancements and filter options

Image options in the text editor

In the text editor (e.g. offer descriptions), advanced style settings can be made for images via the context menu.
Vertical and horizontal page spacing, framing and image styles can be configured in order to design the appearance and behavior of inserted image elements.

New offer types

There are now new offer types:

• Coaching with the subdivision into sessions
• Hybrid course with subdivision into modules
• Online course

New filter function in the transaction table

In the Global view of transactions, in the Transactions tab (.../apps/bookkeeping/transactions), a filter function is now available in the table menu. This offers the option of filtering the transactions by customer, type, status, amount and date/period.

Extension with rich snippets

All offers that are displayed in the table or list widgets are stored as JSON-LD on the page so that search engines can index them even more easily. More information on this in the documentation.

Bugfixes:

• Presence list: Bug fixed when navigating between appointment columns in the attendance list view.
• Attendance list: Revision of the status selection menu for participant presence.
• Attendance list: Bug fixed when changing the presence status by admin.
• Presence list: Fixed a problem with swiping within the presence table on mobile devices.‍
• Tasks: Fixed a bug where timestamps of recurring and archived tasks were not displayed.‍
• Offer tree: Error fixed when archiving categories in the offer tree.
• Invoices: Invoices for bank transfers are now saved correctly as PDFs again.
• Calendar: Fixed a bug when inserting calendar templates into the current offer.
• Automatic deletion: Problem fixed with automatic deletion in certain accounts.
• Offer tree: Sorting of offers has been corrected to be consistent between different environments.
