If a different billing address with a valid e-mail address is entered for a booking, the following options are available to you:
Customer (standard): Bookers receive the booking confirmation e-mail with invoice.pdf. The alternative e-mail address will not receive an e-mail.
Customer and different e-mail address: Bookers receive the booking confirmation e-mail with invoice.pdf. The different e-mail address will receive the invoice e-mail with invoice.pdf.
Different e-mail address: Bookers receive the booking confirmation e-mail without invoice.pdf. The different e-mail address will receive the invoice e-mail with invoice.pdf.

This setting applies globally and has the following effects:
If the participant makes a booking, the system will execute the option selected above.
In the case of a backend booking by the admin, the different billing address must first be added to the booking. If a manual dispatch of the booking confirmation is then triggered and the invoice is also sent, the system will execute the option selected above.
When sending the invoice mail from the invoice, the system will execute the option selected above.
For all scheduled tasks, such as invoice mail and booking confirmation, the system executes the option selected above. With the scheduled task "Send booking confirmation", the invoice is never sent automatically; the "Invoice mail" task must also be created for this.
App V1 & V2 | Email templatesFEATURE: Various placeholders are now available for the "Invoice Mail" email template with the new function for sending invoices: All ##InvoiceAddress***## placeholders can now be used in the invoice mail.
Tip: Depending on the option selected, it is recommended that you combine a combination of ##User**## placeholders (for the subscriber) and ##InvoiceAddress***## placeholders in your email template. This ensures that the system always uses the correct data and that the email recipient feels addressed by your email.
