The QR-bill is here!

The time has come! The QR-bill is now available in both versions of the edoobox. Activate the QR-bill in the global edoobox settings to use it immediately for your participant invoices.

What does this mean for your invoice.pdf?

Please check your e-mail template, as the QR-bill is always displayed too low on the page after activation. If there is no space of 105 mm available below the content of the invoice, the payment slip will be moved to the bottom of the next page.

What does this mean for your participants?

In order to be able to create the QR-bill correctly for the individual participants, the data on name, street , zip code and city are mandatory. Please ensure that you have stored these data and form fields in your registration forms and collect this data from your participants. If the alternative billing address is active for participants, this will be used for the QR-bill. Invoices paid by participants via the QR-bill with Creditor Reference can be automatically posted to edoobox as before with the Camt file payment reconciliation.

And what does that mean for you as an edoobox customer?

When you activate the QR-bill, your edoobox subscription invoices will also be updated. Existing standing orders do not need to be adjusted.
